In order to utilize the V4-MP app, the purchase and installation of the additional electronic unit Piaggio Multimedia Platform is required. This unit is sold separately as an option for RV4 MY 2015 and Tuono V4 My 2015.

Telemetry functionality is integrated into the V4-MP system. It is crucial to follow specific post-pairing procedures after connecting your mobile device to the V4-MP electronic unit:

• Turn off the key
• Wait for 20 seconds before turning the key on again
• Launch the V4-MP app

This protocol is solely necessary during the pairing process of a new device. Failure to complete the procedure correctly may result in app usage issues during the initial trip, with inaccurate data displayed.
